Refund Policy

Client Reports

Client reports may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the report has not been accessed.

Once a report has been opened or accessed, refunds are generally not granted. This reflects the nature of the product - the intelligence is delivered and consumed upon access.

Expert Listing

Expert listings are a one-time payment for life and are generally non-refundable once platform access has been granted.

There is no recurring subscription. You can edit your details anytime. We only remove a listing after 12 months with no sign-in, and it is restored automatically on the next sign-in.

Recruiter Report

The Recruiter Report is sold as an annual subscription ($99/year) that includes 12 months of Recruiter Zone access and renews each year. It is generally non-refundable once the personalised recruiter-specialism report has been generated.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and Recruiter Zone access then lapses at the end of that term.
